This is a step-by-step guide for WEB KYC Verification on the TGEX.

Step 1

Click the [Identification]from the dropdown menu under the [User] icon located at the top right corner of the TGEX website homepage.

Step 2

Click the [Verify Now] to begin the identity verification process.

Step 3

Enter your Country/Region of residence, Full name, and ID card number in the required fields.

Step 3-1

Select the type of ID document you wish to submit, such as a Government-Issued ID Card, Passport, or Driver License.

Step 4

Upload the front and back of your ID card and a video(no less than 3 seconds and no more than 10 seconds.) of yourself in order.

Step 5

Please make sure that all the information you entered matches your ID, then click the [Submit].

The Verification review is expected to be completed within 15 minutes.
