This is a step-by-step guide for APP KYC Verification on the TGEX.

Step 1

Tap the [User] icon located at the top left corner of the TGEX app home.

Tap the [Identity Verification].

Tap the [Begin Verification]

Step 2

Enter your Residential country/region, Full name, Date of Birth and ID card number in the required fields.

Step 2-1

Select the type of ID document you wish to submit, such as a Government-Issued ID Card, Passport, or Driver License.

Step 3

Upload the front and back photo of your ID card, then Tap the [Next].

Step 4

Upload the video(no less than 3 seconds and no more than 10 seconds.) of yourself in order, then tap the [Submit].

The Verification review is expected to be completed within 15 minutes.
